The staff was so kind and helpful. Really went the extra mile for us. The suite was clean and well stocked with household items. The location is great. We'll definitely spread the word about this great place and its service and we'll stay there again when we're back in SF Bay area.

We had a bottom floor wa surprised that we couldn’t hear upstairs people. Bed needed to be softer. Staff was excellent.

The suite is huge compared to most hotel rooms. And well stocked. The Lazy Dog restaurant is a short walk away, which was nice that we didn't have to get back in the car to go to dinner.

Everything about the property was very good. Loved the trees and the fountains. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. I stayed there 1 week prior to surgery and 2 weeks to recover. The room was large and comfortable. The location was perfect. If you stay here, please ask to be placed far away from long term guests. The hassle is not worth it.

The staff was very helpful and polite my only issue was that the TV room remotes didn't work well maybe just upgrade the out dated TV and that would be beneficial for the guest

We have had our 3rd stay at Chase Suite Hotel in Newark Fremont in January 2024. This time, we stayed in their 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom. I can say this, every time it is a pleasure staying there. The ladies at the breakfast area and the staff are super nice, the hotel itself is clean and pleasant! Going back again in a few days!

The location was good, very convenient to wherever we wanted to go. The room was well appointed but was short on linens, 3 towels was not enough for a unit that could sleep 4-6, the breakfast presentation was nice but seriously lacking in flavor.

We really enjoyed the couch. It was nice and comfortable. We both like a stiff bed, but this one was like a rock. The full-size kitchen was a very good plus, The kitchen also had all of the amenities that we needed to have a successful stay
